To ensure compliance and quality, we conduct eligibility checks for staff as well as provide training needs consultations and engage with relevant trainers to refine your vocational education strategy.
For a fee, we will conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), a process to identify gaps between the actual and the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) in for individual staff. The need for such analysis arises is typically due to an organizational problem that can be fixed with targeted training.
Also provided is guidance on additional services and visa documents, manage the handling of funding applications and training registrations, and assistance with follow-up, to ensure participant satisfaction. Additionally, we commit to the monitoring and observation of the training program to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
