Funded Training is not Registered Training Organisation, but a business intermediary that connects employers and training organisations including TAFES, Fee-for-Service providers, Australian Apprenticeship Centres and/ or independent trainers, to deliver quality, onsite training programs.

Engaging us incurs no cost to you. As of June 2024, Victoria is home to over 128 Registered Training Organisations. After meeting with you and thoroughly understanding your needs, we will, with your approval, select an expert trainer that aligns with your industry and company culture. Frequently, trainers work across different training organisations. We use our network of select trainers to find the most accurate fit for you.

Of course, you are free to do so. However, in Victoria there are many providers, and there is no cost to you if you partner with us. We leverage our extensive database of TAFEs and trainers to match you with the ideal training partner tailored to your specific needs, saving you time and resources. If multiple trainers are required to launch a program (due to specializations) we act as your project manager to ensure the best and most precise outcomes. It is all about end result (the bottom line).

By understanding your industry, company culture, delivery mode, geographical location as well as the need for additional support services, we save you time, effort and expense by narrowing down your options via our extensive networks and database of trainers and training groups.

The trainers we work with have both substantive experience in manufacturing in Australia as well as relevant industry qualifications. Some are accredited in overseas jurisdictions meaning they perform above expectations in terms of how they can assist your business with their expertise.

Accessing funding for training is simple if you know what you’re doing. In most cases, we work with Skills First Victoria along with Federal grants. Both have specific criteria and if your application is successful, the process to subsidise your training is mostly carefree and typically takes a few weeks.

With the exception of Audits & Accreditations, most programs can be subsidized (funded) in Victoria to some degree. With any training program, some costs will apply. With proper consultation, we can assist you in finding out your best options.
